Existing torch-on was removed because of vapour entrpment. abe.®proof liquid membrane was used on the balconies. abe.®proof liquid membrane is seamless, highly elastic and durable offering good tensile resistance and fast curing to assist regular foot traffic. Quick turn-around time in simplicity of application makes it economical with no fabric reinforcement required. abe.®proof liquid membrane liquid membrane system was covered with synthetic grass.
