Waterproofing carried out on two existing balconies. 27 Year old house has leaked since construction. Tiles on balconies removed, door thresholds were addressed using abe®peel and stick membrane to be dressed up on the inside of the frame. abe®peel and stick membrane is a universal, self-adhesive waterproofing membrane ideal for counterflashings between walls and roof, under windowsills, parapets and skylights.The flat surfaces were coated with the abe.®proof liquid membrane primer and then the abe.®proof liquid membrane. This single pack, solvent borne, low VOC, rubberised, liquid applied waterproofing membrane is highly elastic and durable, requiring low maintenance and is fast curing, UV stable, and can be tiled.
